Hi Fabian,
Happy to hear you secured your upgrade 🙂

Thank you and please keep us posted on the turquoise seating situation. It does seem like there have been changes. I reached out to MOB and they advised if I wanted to experience the turquoise seats, then I’d need to reserve 1st class.
Enjoy the Belle Époque!
Kind regards,
Yolanda

The 1st class carriage had soft high seats with classic-patterned turquoise upholstering. 2nd carriages class had wooden benches with a padding that looks turqoise as well. I’ve attached two pictures for reference.

That’s helpful and finally we get to clear the confusion where previously both 1st and 2nd class do offer similar design with turquoise upholstery just slightly different seat space… Looks like they have kept only the unique and classic turquoise seats and interior for 1st class… some differentiation in design for 2nd class. For those who still want to go for the classic design (like we do :>) will just need to have the 1st class upgrade done! Cheers….
