Hi, I have just waited 2 hours on the queuing system to book 4 of us on the Bernina Express in June. Finally it was my turn. I selected, seat reservation only, then selected 4 seats, when I clicked next on passengers, it only showed my name for all 4 seats! I am not sure if this is correct – does it only show the lead passenger? I pressed edit on seats to see if I had to select a specific seat number and then it would bring up a box for the next passenger’s name but it did nothing.  I was still showing as passenger in all 4 seats. I went back a screen to try to see if I missed something and got kicked out of the queue. I am now back at the start of the queue!
Can someone explain what should have happened – was it ok for my name only or should i have been able to put in 4 passengers names? Terrified same thing will happen again if there are still seats left by the time I get to the front again!  What did I do wrong?

Welcome to MySwissAlps.

Based on personal experience, when booking for multiple passengers, the result will only display 1 lead traveler. Please check that you have 4 different seat numbers.
