How to get your cashback

1. Fill out the form below. We’ll email you to confirm if you qualify for the cashback.
2. Within 7 days, click this link to the official SBB tourist webshop (Switzerland Travel Centre) and immediately place your order. Forward your order confirmation email to [email protected].
3. We’ll check your order and make sure you receive your cashback on the start date of your pass (unless you cancelled your pass).

Promotion terms

• To qualify, you must first request your cashback through the form above, wait for our confirmation, and only then place your order.
• This promotion starts on 23 October 2026 and may expire at any time.
• Only the passes listed above, and mountain railway or lift tickets count toward the minimum order value. Regular point-to-point train tickets or any other tickets and passes do not qualify.
• Your purchase must register as coming from MySwissAlps. To make sure this happens, please click this link or the link we’ll email you and complete your purchase immediately in that same window without leaving the webshop. Browser extensions, privacy settings, or ad-blockers can sometimes block tracking without you realizing it. If your purchase does not register, we unfortunately cannot process your cashback.
• We do not check the order value of your initial request. Only the actual purchase amount determines if you qualify for cashback and the cashback amount.
• You may receive your cashback a few days after your pass start date, depending on your bank’s processing time.
• Cashback is paid in CHF using low-cost payout methods. If your bank charges receiving or currency conversion fees, those will be handled by your bank upon receipt.
• You can only get cashback once per person, bank account, and email address. You can’t participate twice.
• If you cancel your order, no cashback will be paid.
