Hi There – I’ll be staying in Wengen in late-July/early-August, and I’m interested in taking part in a cheese-making demo. What are the best options near where I’m staying?

There is one I know of near Innertkirchen: (http://alp-gental.ch/) German only

I’m not aware of any right in Wengen or a nearby village in the valley.
