    Hello,

Does anybody know a good spot for wildcamping in Berner oberland? Preferably not too far from frütigen? We think about driving up to 1 hout by car and then hike and camp.

I was looking up rules for wild camping in Switzerland and ended up at my Swiss alps. I read all rules and we are looking for a spot in Berner oberland that meets these rules. Anyone experience?

1 of us is recovering from an injury, so it would be amazing if its a spot that doesn’t require a too strenious hike.

    Thanks a lot!!

    Hello Marjolein,

    Welcome to MySwissAlps.

That’s great you came across our site whilst searching.

If you scroll to the bottom to “Information on other websites”, you will find some additional links that will help you research wild camping in Switzerland.

Another tip is perhaps contact the local tourist offices in Adelboden or Kandersteg. Both are not too far from Frutigen and offer some great hikes in the area too.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Yolanda
