Hi Andres, and welcome to MySwissAlps!
I just had a look. At first glance, I’d say that a ticket Zurich-Lucerne at Trenitalia with the label “Ordinario” looks similar to a regular point-to-point ticket as described at https://www.myswissalps.com/travel-ticket/regular-ticket/. It’s certainly valid for that particular Swiss route. However, the exact terms and conditions aren’t quite clear to me. To be certain, you’d best ask Trenitalia directly: https://www.trenitalia.com/en/information.html
Alternatively, you could use one of the options recommended at https://www.myswissalps.com/travel-ticket/regular-ticket/#shops, although I understand you can’t use your Trenitalia bonus there :-).

Hello Andres,
I think the tickets bought for the Swiss trains through the Trenitalia web site should be identical to the point-to-point tickets that can be purchased on line through the SBB app. However, since in this case Trenitalia is playing the role of an agent of SBB, you may need to check whether the ticket price is identical to what you would pay if the tickets are bought directly through SBB, or whether there is any mark-up due to commissions. It is also a good idea to check directly with Trenitalia on the specific terms that you may be interested in such as date / time changes (for unforeseen eventualities), refunds, etc. From my experience, the Trenitalia web site is not friendly enough to allow a customer to directly make enquiries, and you have to fill up an online form for this. You will also have to allow 3 to 4 days for them to respond after the initial acknowledgement.
