    Hi..

    I purchased online Swiss Travel pass for 2 adults and 3 children for 8 consecutive days. but i forgot to change the date of travel on the form. It is issued from 9th August though I will start travel from 13th August to 20th August.

    Can the date be changed. i purchased yesterday only..

    Welcome to MySwissAlps! Sorry to hear about the mistake! No, normally Swiss Travel Passes can’t be changed. At best they can be cancelled (15% fee) and re-ordered.
