Voltage converter to use my curling brush device in Switzerland/Paris?
Janet Ondrejca is preparing for her trip to Switzerland and Paris and is unsure if she needs a voltage converter for her Hot Brush/Curling Brush device, which she plans to use during her travels. She wants updated information on using her device safely in Switzerland's electrical system.
- Check if your curling device is dual-voltage by looking for '110-240V' on its label; if it states '110V' or '120V', you'll need a voltage converter.
- Switzerland uses 230V power, so make sure you have the appropriate converter to avoid damaging your appliances.

Good Morning,
I purchased a HERO Universal Travel Adapter for my travels to Switzerland and Paris, but I do travel with a Hot Brush/Curling Brush device- do I specifically need a Voltage Converter as well? Will it ruin my Hot Brush if I do not use a Voltage Converter? I am looking for updated and current information on this as it appears most responses were from 2022. Any updated information please?
Thank you,
Janet Ondrejca
