Hi,

Just wondering how to get from Grindelwald (I’m actually coming from Brienz) to First? I’ll have the Swiss travel pass flex with Combi, I think the train map shows a train going there but when I look at ticket prices it only comes up as a bus??? Just trying to figure out my prices. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. I looked at the train map and SBB but couldn’t figure it out.

Hi rainman,

The pass coverage map shows a solid line for the train to Grindelwald, so that’s fee. It shows a dotted line to First, so that’s 50% off the normal price of CHF 58. You can walk from the train station to the gondola station, or take a bus.
