I learnt that the cable car from zermatt to Sunnegga cable car will open in 26/5, does it mean I can walk to Blauherd and complete the 5 lakes trail? Thanks!

Some parts of the trail may still be covered in snow but it should be accessible if the Sunnegga-Rothorn cable cars are running. Be sure you come well prepared. <You can find useful hiking tips here: http://www.myswissalps.com/hiking
