    Good day everyone.

    I recently purchased Swiss Travel Pass from GetYourGuide.com.

    Unfortunately I had to cancel my purchase it and done that in less than 24 hours. I received cancellation email and notification about refund within 3 business days.

    Just wondering how is refund process with GetYourGuide. Do anyone have any experience (good or bad) with refund from GetYourGuide? And how quick was the refund process?

    Welcome to MySwissAlps! Sounds like it will all be fine. I haven’t personally canceled anything with them. But I haven’t heard a complaint either, and they get lots of orders. I don’t think you need to worry, but do give it some time until the money is back in your account.
