Glacier Express sold out, what to do?

    I have the BEX ride today. Regarding getting to Pontresina to catch it, the ticket I have says “St. Moritz to Tirano”. Which makes me think maybe it’s yet again a regular train, but the ticket is labeled a “Bernina Express Reservation”.

    Checking the train schedule, it indicates I take the bus from Sils back to St. Moritz, and have a single ride from St. Moritz to Tirano. So maybe it’s that straightforward.

    The only Bernina Express direct from St Moritz to Tirano departs St Moritz at 15:11. If you have seat reservations for that one then you are good to go.

    So glad you enjoyed the Glacier Express route on regular trains.
