You can find train schedules for all routes in Switzerland here. There are many trains each day to Zermatt and you can take a train from the airport (there are no direct trains, you will have to change at least once).
The 3 day Glacier Express tour we recommend on our website is self-guided – was this the tour you are referring to?
You will need to buy at least a 3 day Swiss Travel Pass (or in your case the 8 day would be most beneficial as it will cover almost all train and bus trips in Switzerland over the 8 days you are in Switzerland).
Once you buy a Swiss Travel Pass you just need to research the train schedules (my link above) and pick the trains that work best for your schedule.
When you search for the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St. Moritz, you need to pick the departing train labeled GEX as that is the panoramic train.For example, on May 15 there are 2 departures in the morning: 07:52 and 08:52.
Whichever train you decide on you must make reservations (this is the only train you will need to reserve).Best regards,

Lucas meant that the only train Begumozguler needs to reserve is the Glacier Express. The Gotthard Panorama Express is a different train/boat route. If you plan to take that train you will need to book a seat. Any other train on the same route does not require a reservation.
