There are only two ways to get between Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. One is to walk. The other is a 15 minute cog wheel train.
The best way to get information on Swiss public transportation is to use the SBB website. Any other site could be folly, as you’ve discovered!
We also stayed at a Wengen property and I can assure you it is only about 15 min from top to bottom (or bottom to top) 🙂

The quickest way to travel to Wengen from Lauterbrunnen is by taking the train, as Kim mentioned. The journey takes about 11 minutes. Trains to Wengen leave half hourly from Lauterbrunnen train station. Please use the SBB timetable to plan your journeys.
