How to use Swiss Travel Pass for Geneva to Milan?
Yelda, a traveler, wants to use her Swiss Travel Pass for a trip from Geneva to Milano Centrale on a direct train but is confused about buying the Italian ticket. She is specifically looking for advice on how to purchase the Italian segment of her journey.
- You only need to buy a ticket for the Italian segment from Domodossola to Milan Centrale since your Swiss Travel Pass covers the Swiss part of the trip.
- Check timetables and routes to find the best direct train options for your journey.
- Consider leaving a review for helpful forum members to appreciate their assistance.

I have a Swiss Travel Pass (not the GA type). I would like to travel from Geneva to Milano Centrale with the direct train. I couldn’t figure out how to use this pass and buy a ticket only for the Italian part of the trip. The site wants my GA1 or GA2 pass?
Thank you,
Yelda
