Welcome to MySwissAlps! The Swiss Family Card is only for children, stepchildren and foster children, not for grandchildren. I would suggest to buy Regional-Passes Bernese Oberland or Jungfrau Railways Passes for the adults and Grandchild travelcards for the children. That will allow them to travel along for free, also to the Jungfraujoch (also see this page for links to the regular ticket prices).
A Swiss Half Fare Card is an option as well, if you don’t need free unlimited traveling for the adults. Please see here for how to pick a pass.
