Jungfrau Travel Pass says anonymous, is that okay?
A traveler named dgilp is unsure about their Jungfrau Travel Pass, which doesn't have their name on it and just says 'anonymous'. They want to know if this will cause any issues when using the ticket. Anna, a member of the forum, assures them that it should be fine since they purchased it from the official website.
- If your Jungfrau Travel Pass says 'anonymous', it's still valid and can be used without issues.
- Check if you need to exchange your ticket for a physical pass at a local rail station, depending on where you bought it.
- If you're uncertain about your ticket, contacting Jungfrau customer service can provide clarity.

Hello all,
I’m not sure if anyone have the same issue like me, I just purchased tickets for the Jungfrau region pass and it did not let me have an option to put my name on the ticket, so my ticket just says anonymous, anonymous. Did anyone here have the same issue? did it cause you any problems when you show your ticket? Thank you.
