We will be staying in the Lucerne area for two nights on our trip. Should we stay right in Lucerne or are there better, more picturesque smaller towns nearby that anyone has experienced after experiencing a Lucerne stay. Obviously we can train into Lucerne, but maybe it’s better to stay in center of city?
