Landwasser viaduct visit is easy this summer
A traveler highlights the Landwasser viaduct and how to see it better than just from a train. They explain that starting in July, a mini road train from Filisur station makes it easy to visit the site for CHF 10 return, with no discounts available for rail passes. This is a great addition for those wanting to experience this UNESCO World Heritage site up close and spend some time enjoying the views.
- Take the mini road train from Filisur station for an easy trip to the Landwasser viaduct during July and August.
- The return ticket for the mini road train is CHF 10, and there are no discounts with rail passes.
- For better views, consider a 20-minute hike from the station to a southeast viewing area.
- Drones offer the best views of the viaduct, so keep that in mind if you're capturing pictures.

Hello to all train enthusiasts,
Do you want to see the famous Landwasser viaduct up close instead of only 20 seconds from the Glacier Express, Bernina Express or a regional train? You can go there on foot from the Filisur train station, but in July and August there’s an extra option too: a mini road train can take you there. It operates 4 times per day. The price is CHF 10 for a return ticket. There’s no discounts with rail passes.
