No e-mail from Happyrail for Swiss Half Fare card
Mark is worried because he ordered two Swiss Half Fare Cards online but hasn't received the emails confirming his purchase. He’s currently in Amsterdam and will arrive in Switzerland on December 26, needing the cards before then.
- Check your spam folder for emails from HappyRail if you don’t receive the Swiss Half Fare Card promptly.
- Always have a printed copy of the Swiss Half Fare Card when in Switzerland, as digital copies on a phone may not be accepted.
- Consider asking your hotel in Amsterdam to print the card for you before you travel.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am already charged online for two swiss half fare card on 21 Dec but I still have not received any email after one full day from Happyrail which is supposed to receive in 30 mins after ordering. I have checked my junk email already and left them two message in their contact page but no one is getting back to me.
I got my invoice number only as displayed under my account in Happyrail. I am worried for this as I will arrive in Swiss soon.
Any guidance from myswissalps?many tHanks.
