The Mont Blanc tunnel is open all year round. Generally if you’re travelling on the main route, there should be no problem as the roads are kept clear. Lots of people travel to the ski resort in winter. For road trips in the mountains during winter, probably best to have snow chains with you and install winter tyres on your vehicle.
