Pocket WiFi for Switzerland and Europe

Short summary – read this first

A traveler is planning a trip to Europe, starting from Switzerland, and seeks advice on getting a pocket Wi-Fi that works across multiple European countries. They specifically ask for recommendations for a SIM card or a portable hotspot to stay connected during their travels.

Key takeaways:
  • Consider the Traveler's Wifi pocket hotspot for better connectivity across Europe.
  • Look for a Europe-wide device instead of a Switzerland-only option for more flexibility.

We would be travelling to Europe starting from Switzerland, can anyone suggest pocket wife which will work across the other European countries as well.

or any Sim available which would work across Europe with data.

Hi MilindK and welcome to MySwissAlps!

We recommend the Traveler’s Wifi pocket hotspot. They have a Switzerland only device and a Europe-wide device that will work well for you. More details can be found here: http://www.myswissalps.com/si mcard
