Only the websites listed in this topic accept the promo codes, so that does not include raileurope.com (I’m not sure if you went there). You need these codes to get the discount from raileurope-world.com (they deliver to the US as well). You can add the promo codes while completing your order.

It looks like Rail Europe just removed the codes. I’m getting a weird looking page when I follow the link I just gave you. The codes were valid until today, so it might indeed just be the end of them. They do have new codes but these discounts are not as good as the previous ones. Still worth to take a look at though.
