Refund on Swiss Travel Pass with wrong start date?
A traveler named Sugun mistakenly set the start date for their 8-Day Swiss Travel Pass to today, April 14, while their trip is planned for April 26. They sought advice on whether they can change the date or get a refund after realizing the error.
- You cannot change the start date of the Swiss Travel Pass, but you can cancel it and order a new one.

Hi All I’m sorry if this has been covered before. I just bought an 8-Day Swiss Travel Pass on SBB’s website for me and my wife. Accidentally I have selected today’s date(April 14) as start date of travel. But my tavel is planned on April 26, 2022.
I have requested for refund immediately but after I spotted the wrong date but I’m not sure I will get it as trip is already started as per date on travel pass. I am also not sure SBB tum around time on such refund requests.
Has anyone ever experienced the same problem or made the same mistake I just did. Do you know if the starting date can still be changed or money will be refunded.
