Hi Tinkie, and welcome to this forum! Dog sled rides can be made up at the Jungfraujoch near Interlaken, although they’re quite short. You’ll also find husky rides at Glacier3000 near Gstaad. That does take quite a long (but beautiful) train ride your Swiss Pass will indeed allow you to make such trips.
The website of MySwitzerland should offer information on dog sled rides too, if you check the box ‘Horse sleigh rides and dog sledding’ on the right. Unfortunately, this page seems to have some technical problem at the moment, but it may show results once this is fixed.

There’s lot of sledge runs in Switzerland. Some of the longest runs are over 20km and you stop at restaurants on-route for a drink. There’s quite a good one at Zweisemmen near Gstaad and Leukerbad is quite popular, I guess at Leukerbad you can go and use the thermal baths to ease the knocks and bruises from the sledge ride.
From Interlaken you’ll find there’s some runs at Grindelwald which would probably be ideal. But, most ski stations here have some runs as part of the non-ski things to do.
