FYI it is either this or go by train, boat, and bus to Engstligen Falls. (#2 or 3 falls) but this is at least a 4-5 hour tour minimum for one thing.

Based on your plans, I suggest the following:
- In the morning, take Bus 21 from Interlaken West to Sundlaunen, Beatushohlen (the bus stop is located right at the entrance to St Beatus Caves). Bus departs every half hour.
- After your visit to the caves, return to the same bus stop and take bus 21 to Beatenbucht, about 12 mins journey. The bus stops right in front of the boat landing stage. You can either take the boat back to Interlaken from here. If you have time, you can make an excursion to Niederhorn before the boat cruise. Simply follow the direction to the Beatenbucht funicular that will take you to Beatenberg, where you will then switch to a cable car that will transport you to the top of the mountain. Take note, the last boat to Interlaken departs at 17.02 PM so make sure you allocate enough time to return and catch you boat connection.
