Th 1-day Travel Pass is not appropriate for you.
The Saver Day Pass (http://www.myswissalps.com/on edaytravelpass/details), which is perhaps what you mean, works for the Centovalli but offers no discount on the trip to Jungfraujoch beyond Wengen or Grindelwald. Whereas the STP offers 25% discount for Jungfraujoch.

- Total = 248
Half Fare card + Saver Day Pass calculation per person
- Half Fare card =: 120
- Saver Day Pass for 2 days = 58

Swiss Travel Pass per person
- 3 Day STP = 225
- Grindelwald to Jungfraujoch (25% discount) = 142.50
- Total = 367.50
For best price of Saver Day Pass you need to buy them one month advance and these are non refundable tickets.
If you are also going to Mount Titlis or other mountains on Day 1, then Half fare card is useful.

Day 7 – Rohrbach -> Zurich Airport

Do I understand correctly you are based in Rohrbach which is near Langenthal about 1 hour from Zurich?
Your Jungfraujoch and Centovalli excursions both involve 8 hours plus travel time.
