No confirmation after Swiss Travel Pass purchase

Short summary – read this first

Guru booked a Swiss Travel Pass for 4 days but didn't receive a confirmation email, though the payment was deducted. They were worried and sought help to confirm their booking and find a helpline. Luckily, after some troubleshooting, Guru resolved the issue by correcting their email address and received the tickets.

Key takeaways:
  • Always check your spam folder for confirmation emails after booking your Swiss Travel Pass.
  • If you don't receive a confirmation, try calling the helpline during European office hours for assistance.
  • Ensure the email address entered during booking is correct to avoid missing important updates.

Thanks, in that case you’ll find all details to contact them here: http://www.myswissalps.com/ab outus/partners/sbb.

It will be resolved. They are the official tourist webshop of the Swiss Railways (SBB) and are trustworthy. If possible please let us know once this is resolved.

    Hi,

I have checked my spam folder, nothing as of now.Tried calling up the helpline but it was all gibberish ,probably german or some dialect.

Really worried now,as a simple self generated intimation should have come atleast within 12 hrs

kindly c if you can help resolve the issue.

    Regards

    Guru

    Hi Guru,

I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you yet. I think you reached their answering machine after office hours. I’d recommend to e-mail them, they will answer. But if there is a problem receiving their e-mail you may not see their reply. So I’d recommend to also call during European office hours and refer to your e-mail. They do speak English.
