Can the Swiss Half Fare Card start date be adjusted after purchase?

    Hi – does anyone know if it’s possible to amend the validity dates of a  Swiss Half Fare Card? A friend just bought one but neglected to enter a Valid Date so it defaulted to a 30 day period beginning today and were not traveling until Sept
    Suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Hi LisaK,

    Welcome to MySwissAlps! If there’s been an obvious mistake, some resellers will allow you to change the start date, or to cancel the purchase and get a new Swiss Half Fare Card.

    From which webshop did your friend buy the card (https://www.myswissalps.com/details/buy-swiss-half-fare-card/)? I advise contacting that webshop directly, so they can inform your friend about the options.
