Swiss motorway vignette and tolls?
A traveler named Jools is planning a road trip from Zurich to La Tzoumaz and is unsure about the tolls on certain routes. She wants to know if the Swiss vignette covers all motorway tolls or if there are additional costs when using specific roads.
- The Swiss vignette covers all tolls on motorways in Switzerland, so no extra tolls are needed.
- When planning your route, you can use the vignette for any highways without worrying about additional charges.

Hi,
We understand the vignette allows you to drive on the Swiss motorway. However, looking at the map of a route from say Zurich to La Tzoumaz, where if you follow for example A1, A12, E27/E62/A9, it also mentions its a toll road. Does this mean you have to pay additional toll on top of the vignette when we use these roads? Any idea what additional toll costs are?
