Hi everyone,
If you buy a Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex, Swiss Half Fare Card or Berner Oberland Pass for travel in 2024, you’ll likely be asked to fill out a survey after your trip. The Swiss railways are interested in how you’re using your passes.
I’d recommend to fill it out if you can. I can imagine how this helps with better pass coverage, better train schedules, etc.
