Hi, my friends and I plan to fly into Geneva in mid-March, and head immediately to Zermatt for three days of skiing. I am aware that the transfer ticket can be used to enter the country at one location, and depart from another. What I cannot figure out is whether I can use it to get to Milan, or whether it would only be good to Domodosolla. The service map suggests the latter, although I know that there are trains that run from Brig to Milan, with no need for a transfer.
Does anyone know the answer to this question? I have been quoted around US$235.00 for point to point tickets from Geneva>Zermatt>Milan. Does this seem about right?
