With the Swiss Travel Pass, depending where you purchased it from, it is generally refundable if cancelled before the specified travel date (1 – 4 days prior).
If you have already purchased your Swiss Travel Pass from a reseller, I would just double check their terms and conditions as some have different refund/cancellation policies.
Seat reservations on the Bernina Express and Gotthard Panorama Express, once confirmed are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases you may be able to claim some reimbursement.
