I only ever used the SBB Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) to buy tickets.
The fare is CHF74 via Bern. You can save a bit on the price using a Saver Day Pass (http://www.myswissalps.com/sa verdaypass and bit.ly/2rkekat) if you can purchase at the best price of CHF52.
Indeed, the Swiss railways sets prices based on distance – so every train running that route would be the same price (you pay for the route, not the train).
It could be that 3rd party companies have slightly varying prices but I would expect them to be about the same price. Trainline shows 66 Euros for that trip which is 75chf at the moment. The Saver Day Pass is probably your cheapest option.
