You can have a look at camping Santa Monica in Raron, a few minutes on foot from the rail station. Please see http://www.santa-monica.ch. You can get there through good, wide roads in the valleys, no passes.
Another option is Les Horizons Blues in, close to the rail station in Villenueve on Lake Geneva. Also easy to reach. See http://www.camping-club-vaudois.ch/camping-caravaning-les-horizons-bleus-villeneuve.html.
Camping Grassi in Frutigen is a bit further from the local rail station, but still doable I think: http://www.camping-grassi.ch. You’ll get there via Bern and Spiez, all good roads.
You’ll need to check whether they’ll be open and what their facilities are. I hope this gets you started!

Do you know from where in France you would like to enter Switzerland?
From experience I can tell you that entering Switzerland through Basel and reaching the Jungfrau region (Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and even Grindelwald) or Frutigen is easy: very good roads, no real passes, etc.
Round this time of year there might be snow conditions even at lower altitudes, so it’s advisable to know about the Swiss traffic regulations concerning wintery conditions.
