The Swiss Pass and the Swiss Travel Pass are two different things. The first is for Swiss residents, the second for tourists.

You can’t “link” the Swiss Travel Pass but you can display the PDF you received on your mobile device.
I would NOT recommend to take the Glacier Express from Chur to St Moritz. There are regular trains covering the exact same route which don’t need expensive seat reservations.
You don’t need tickets if you have a Swiss Travel Pass. But if you do decide to take the Glacier Express train then you can try to make the required seat reservations at shop.glacierexpress.ch /gex_en/specials/daytr ips/glacier-express or http://www.myswissalps.com/gl acierexpress/packages.

In general terms, especially when you have an STP, you do not need to reserve to get a ticket to travel. On certain routes, you will need a reservation to get a seat.
