The whole of Lake Como is in Italy, so strictly speaking it is outside the scope of this discussion forum.

However, I note that the weather forecast for Como for today is reasonably good.

Wherever you are in the Alps, I would let other people do the driving.  Those other people may be train drivers, bus drivers or ship’s captains!  If I were in Blevio today, it would be the captains of the ships on Lake Como driving me around their beautiful lake.  If I were in Lucerne, it would be the captains of the ships on Lake Lucerne…..

    Kind regards
    Roger

    Hi Anjan,

Our resources on this website is limited to Switzerland. But I can provide some information, based on personal experience. I think the best way to see and experience Lake Como is to take the ferry. I recommend starting Como, head to Bellagio then Varenna.

    Regards,
    Anna
