I don’t have a favourite but I can recommend the Rosti served at Grindelwald First (Berghaus restaurant). That was a couple years ago though.
And also, whenever I go to Rigi, I usually order the homemade Alplermagronen from the restaurant at the top. It’s a bit like cheese macaroni but with apple sauce and various local ingredients.

I have always enjoyed the rösti dishes from the restaurant at Winteregg. Of course, the view there is pretty nice too.
