Search for Via Alpina for via Alpina.
June 1 is too early for Alpine hikes. Trails are still blocked with low grade snow above about 2000 meters, more or less.. Tail end of Winter.
For reference, major Alpine road passes typically open for traffic in the second week of June, when the snow does not replace what the plows remove.
July and August, and early September are good.
Tent camping is generally not possible.

There definitely are constraints on so-called “wild camping.”

Using the Switzerland Mobility website can get you detailed maps, altitude profiles, and accomodations/facilities along the route. Long routes are broken down into stages.
