Basically wild camping is only allowed above the tree line, and if it’s not a conservation area. Don’t worry about traveling without a car. A car won’t get you far in Jungfrau region. A longboard gets you farther I think, especially downhill 🙂

You’re welcome! The tree line is the area on the mountain where you find the last trees. Everything above that is just rock and grass, or even snow. That high terrain is where wild camping might be allowed. To camp in more central locations with some facilities you’ll have to stay in camp grounds like camping Jungfrau in Lauterbrunnen. They offer small chalets as well as places to put up your tent.
