Gasthaus Steinbock Wilderswil good locality?

    we are planning to book our hotel stay in Wilderswil.

    1. Is hotel Gasthaus Steinbock in a good locality or isolated

    2. is it convenient to visit Jungfrau from here

    Hello,

    Steinbock Wilderswil is a simple hotel. It is about 5 minutes walk from the Railway station (BOB line Interlaken Ost to Lauterbrunnen and to Grindelwald) and Schynige Platte Railway. The last only in summer.

    Two supermarkets are near the railwaystation.

    But Wilderswil have not a city centre, it is only a small village. Near the hotel there are some old houses and a old bridge. Hotel is very close to the Lütschine (small river).

    You can easy to go with the train to Lauterbrunnen (or Grindelwald) > Kleine Scheidegg and Jungfraujoch.
