My 80-year-old aunt and I just returned from an incredible trip to Switzerland, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Annika with MySwissAlps. From the very beginning, everything was meticulously planned and thoughtfully personalized for us. I lost count of how many times during the trip we commented on how grateful we were to have found her.

Every detail was clearly laid out with simple instructions and practical advice that fit our needs perfectly. Traveling with an older family member can sometimes feel overwhelming, but thanks to Annika, our trip was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. She absolutely understood the kind of experience we wanted.

One of our favorite places was Thun, especially our stay at Hotel Aare. The location was perfect for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. We were amazed by the pristine beauty of the Mediterranean-blue water and the peaceful atmosphere.

We also loved taking advantage of the local grocery stores to create simple picnics to enjoy in our room or along the riverside benches — cheese and crackers, sandwiches, fresh fruit, and sweets. Those little moments became some of our favorite memories.

We can honestly say this trip would not have been the joy it was without Annika. Her attention to detail, organization, and personal touch made all the difference, and we would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip to Switzerland.
