Youth would be upto 25 or upto 26 years of age?
Jayy123 is planning a trip to Switzerland and is confused about the age requirement for the youth Swiss Travel Pass. They read that the pass is valid for travelers up to 26 years old but found conflicting information stating it's only for those up to 25. They seek clarification about the age limit for the pass.
- The youth Swiss Travel Pass is valid for anyone who is 25 years old or younger on the first travel date of the pass.
- Paying in Swiss francs (CHF) can save you money due to better exchange rates, unless your bank has high fees.
- You can purchase the pass online from the Swiss federal railways (SBB) and print it at home to avoid delivery fees.

Hello!
I had read in one of the threads that the Swiss travel pass ‘youth’ would be valid for people upto the age of 26 years (inclusive). But on the official Switzerland tourism website, they’ve mentioned ‘upto 25 years of age’. Please find attached a screen shot of the same.
Thank you!
