Hi archadesh, and welcome to MySwissAlps!
>> Me and my husband have planned 3 nights 4 days in Switzerland. We will be traveling from Germany and intend to go Interlaken first…Visit Jungfrau. Then travel to Lucerne and see Mount Titilis, Rhine falls, Mount Rigi and Pilatus… Is it possible to cover in 4 days?
Probably not, but the key thing is to do your planning for each day using the Swiss Timetable. Knowing how long it will take you to get to and from the attractions you would like to visit will help you determine how much you can do in 4 days.
There is information on each attraction you have mentioned on the following pages, including how to get there:

The Swiss Timetable, and information on how to use it, can be found here:

>> Which train pass will be preferable? Half fare pass or golden pass?
A Swiss Travel Pass might best meet your needs, but you won’t be able to decide until you have a more detailed itinerary based on travel times.
Information about travel passes, and how to choose one, can be found here:

The Golden Pass is not a travel pass, but rather a train route that runs between Luzern and Montreux.
There is some useful information here:

>> In the Golden train pass, can we get down in between and cover some places or its train journey altogether?
Yes, on the Golden Pass train route you can break your journey anywhere you like if you have enough time.
>> We have never rented bed and breakfast hotels earlier, how are those? Can anybody pls suggest good bed and breakfast hotels?
