1st Day: Arrived Geneva (29Aug) Explore the city

All the options you have listed are possible, because of the relatively short journey times in Switzerland and the overall efficiency of the Swiss travel network

Don't forget that the name of the country is Switzerland. A resident or object belonging to Switzerland is 'Swiss'

Hi ️Mylene and welcome to MySwissAlps.com!

For the first day trip, all of the options are possible. It depends on you, what you would like to see. If nature, go for the Golden Pass, if you are more into a bigger, international city, choose Geneva and/or Bern. Lucerne and Montreux are smaller and I think more typical of Switzerland. You can read about these places and the Golden Pass here:

Note, that Zermatt is not in the Interlaken (Jungfrau) region: www.myswissalps.com/zermatt and www.myswissalps.com/jungfrauregion.

No seat reservation is needed in September for the Golden Pass.

Make sure to check the validity map of the Swiss Travel Pass regarding the Jungfrau region: www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass/validity.

I hope this helps,

Ildiko
