Adding Swiss Travel Pass to SBB app

    Hi,

    I have booked 15 days Swiss travel pass from Klook app. I wanted to add the Swiss pass on the SBB app. The SBB app is asking for customer number which is not present on the Klook ticket.

    please advise how can I add the Swiss pass on SBB app or how do I obtain the customer number

    Hi Sandeep,

    Welcome to MySwissAlps.

    There is no need to add the Swiss Travel Pass to the SBB app. You can just download the e-ticket to your smartphone and show it to the ticket inspector upon request. You can also print out a the PDF copy as a back-up. You can find more information here: http://www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass/howtouse
