    Hi.

I am quite new to this forum and would appreciate any proposal on which Swiss pass is best ( quality and price ) for going to Zermatt.
Preferable time of the journey : February or March 2013.
One adult person , a week in final destination.

Some info about hotels in Zermatt is also kindly welcomed.

    Best regards

    HombreE

Hi HombreE, and welcome to MySwissAlps,

I would recommend the Swiss Card. It includes a free trip from the Swiss border to Zermatt and back, and a 50% discount on further trips during your stay (e.g. gondolas, cog trains). If you plan to go skiing and if you don’t leave Zermatt for the week, the combination of a Swiss Transfer Ticket and a local ski pass would be fine.

Did you visit our Zermatt hotel page? I think that’s a good starting point.
