Best trains/pass Lucerne – Interlaken – Geneva

    Good afternoon Sir/Madam,

    Would appreciate if you can kindly advise on the best trains to take / Rail pass (if applicable) to use during my family’s (5 adults) stay in Switzerland. Please allow me to share my current itinerary as per below.

    – Train arrivial- Paris to Lucerne,afternoon, Dec.26.

    – Lucerne to Interlaken around 1pm Dec. 27- Golden Pass?

    -Interlaken to Jungfraujoch then back to Interlaken, Dec. 28-

    – Interlaken to Geneva, Dec. 29-? Golden Pass?

    – Flight departure- Geneva to London, at 12:45pm, December 30.

    The Golden Pass line is indeed the best one for your plans. There are other scenic trains but they do not fit into your itinerary.

    I expect the Swiss Half Fare Card to be the best option price wise. A 4-day Swiss Travel Pass would also work. Apart from one of these passes you need a ticket from Paris to the Swiss border (Basel):
