Hi Angel,
Swiss supermarkets indeed have a wide choice of all such foods: see the “Supermarkets” section at https://www.myswissalps.com/aboutswitzerland/culturehistory/food.
As for bringing along foods into Switzerland: most of this is allowed, but there are some limitations and exceptions. You’ll find all details at http://www.bazg.admin.ch/bazg/en/home/information-individuals/travel-and-purchases–allowances-and-duty-free-limit/importation-into-switzerland.htm.

Agree that many items are available in Swiss supermarkets. But travelling from the Far East they are sold at ridiculous prices!

I don’t have a point of comparison for foods from the Far East, but we didn’t think the prices in the supermarkets in Switzerland (Coop and Migros, mainly) were all that bad? Just my perception….

Hi Angel,
You can bring along instant noodles, coffee and teas. But these items are easily available here too, just probably not the brands and at prices you are accustomed to.
