    Hi Maria,

i know you are trying to help but some of these questions (like mine the other day) are just not clear on the map! They need knowledgeable people to give/explain the fine details.

Maybe the maps need to be made so you can zoom in like the OB maps which make things a bit clearer (but still leave details unanswered). It might even be obvious when you get to Switzerland but for the uninitiated (me! – and others thank goodness) it seems incredibly complex.

    Hi Paddington,

You can zoom in actually. The map you can download from Maria’s link is a standard PDF file that can be opened in many programs including web browsers. I mostly open it in the Chrome browser and can zoom in to make it up to 5 times larger. If you can’t, then try to open it in a different program.

If any doubts are left you’re welcome to ask of course – that’s why we have a forum 🙂

Hi Arno, Thank goodness for the forum and you and your team’s unending patience in answering the same questions.

Using the OB map might be confusing for some because the discounts are different so I’m hesitant to recommend it but it explains where the actual towns are because of the larger scale of the map.

I think I’m almost st the stage of understanding the area. 😊

    What’s an OB map?

I guess it is also covered (for free) by the Jungfrau Travel Pass and the OB. Am I right? Thank you

I am so sorry I meant the Bernese Oberland (BO not OB!) regional pass validity map (link below).

It has a larger scale map of the Jungfrau area and you can really see where all the town dots are. You have to be careful because the discounts are different for the two passes but for map-illiterate people (like me) it helps a lot. 🙂

    Hi Paddington,

Should the map not answer your questions you can check our attraction pages like http://www.myswissalps.com/sc hilthorn/tickets. There, all discounts per pass are written in text as well. The two methods combined hopefully clear all doubts, but if not there is still the forum 😉
